I am merging two VCFs. the records are as below
VCF1:
CHROM POS ID REF ALT QUAL
1 1247578 . TG TGG,TGGG,TGGGG,TGGGGG,T,TGGGGGG 53367.32
VCF2:
CHROM POS ID REF ALT QUAL
1 1247578 . TG T,TGG,TGGG,GG,TGGGGGGGG,TGGGGGG 228139.69
The combined VCF is generating these lines as is. They are not mrged into one. Is it because of the order of Alt alleles? IS there a way to get the merge work properly?
