Files needed for variant recalibration for Arabidopsis thaliana

Dear all,

I am analyzing different Arabidopsis thaliana ecotypes for the first time using GATK. I am following the best practices guidelines without any problem but when I reached the step for variant recalibration

I cannot find the files necessary for the argument --resource ( I only found these files for human but not for Arabidopsis ). I am stuck at this point any help would be much appreciated.
