can't access the bundle ftp page

Hi,
I am using my username and password to access the bundle page, but it does not accept my username/password. I clicked on the URL on this article:
https://www.broadinstitute.org/gatk/guide/article?id=1215

ftp://gsapubftp-anonymous@ftp.broadinstitute.org/bundle

and then tried to put in my username and password, but it just keeps asking me for login/password. Am I making a mistake?
