Arbitrary sorting of inputs in method configuration?

I'm configuring my new method called DellyForGermlineSV in the broad-firecloud-dsde-methods/CCDG-500-testForManta workspace. The inputs are listed in some order than isn't the order in my WDL and isn't alphabetical. The shuffling makes it a little more challenging for me to copy my inputs from my test JSON I used with another Cromwell. It would be nice if there was some order so I could check my parameters more easily.
