BCL to uBAM tutorial update

Hi there,

I'm very interested on try the BCL to uBAM protocol (Tutorial#6570 coming soon) you have mentioned on your article #6483 ((How to) Map and clean up short read sequence data efficiently). Do you have any ETA on when will it be available? Or do you have any link to an example or piece of code I could start trying?

I was looking to the various tools from Picard, but I wouldn't know what should be the proper way of using them if I will be replacing Illumina's Bcl2FastQ software.
