Working around Missing AD/DP's from HC output

It is a currently known issue that HC doesn't emit DP/AD at all sites. I wonder how can I filter out those sites using JEXL statements? I know there're statements in bcftools that would do it ( bcftools view -e 'DP=0' etc), but I want to keep my workflow within GATK as much as possible.
